Parin Sarasin
(b. 1988, Bangkok)
Works in painting.
Parin Sarasin’s practice explores the surface as a site of tension—an interface where form appears to press outward yet remains contained. Positioned between rigid structure and organic softness, his work suggests a presence without fully revealing it.
Sarasin regards a decade working across institutional strategy and media as a form of long-duration conceptual practice. His engagement with social dynamics and organizational systems informs the structural logic of his current work.
Educated at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and The New School, New York. He lives and works in Bangkok.
